Job Summary:
The Enfusion Onboarding division is responsible for onboarding all new clients onto Enfusion by Clearwater's front-to-back SaaS platform. An SME works across a portfolio of client implementations to provide deep domain expertise across Enfusion's core capabilities - including portfolio management, order and execution management (OEMS), and pre- and post-trade compliance. They are an integral part of a collaborative division spanning analysts, team leads, and programme managers. Working closely with product and development teams, they help shape and enhance the platform, streamline the client onboarding experience, and accelerate time-to-value through scalable, repeatable delivery processes.
Responsibilities:
- Implements and onboards clients proficiently onto the Enfusion platform, aligns with the Enfusion Client Engagement Model, and provides ongoing support through go-live and beyond.
- Identifies opportunities for process and product improvement proactively, and takes the lead in driving solutions within their role or team.
- Guides peers on industry and product knowledge as Enfusion's functionality continues to evolve.
- Understands and applies Enfusion's core value proposition — unified front-to-back operations on a single database — and develops deep expertise in at least one client segment (e.g., hedge funds, long/short equity, global macro, credit, multi-strategy).
- Handles investment operations workflows with confidence, including Enfusion's PMS, OEMS, shadow accounting/general ledger, and reporting capabilities.
- Builds fluency in Enfusion's full product suite — portfolio management, order execution, compliance, data management, and risk and analytics — and develops a growing repertoire of configuration best practices and user stories.
- Communicates and collaborates effectively with global, cross-functional teams to resolve implementation issues and address client queries accurately and efficiently.
- Shares knowledge by designing training materials and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and contributes to thought leadership relevant to Enfusion clients and prospects.
- Serves as a trusted client advocate throughout onboarding, building toward a confident advisory relationship as expertise develops.
Required Skills:
- Intermediate proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Salesforce, JIRA)
- Solid understanding of investment operations workflows for hedge funds and/or asset managers - including order management and trade lifecycle.
- Working knowledge of equities, fixed income, derivatives, and/or alternatives, particularly in a front-to-middle office context.
- Proven experience with Excel; comfort with data reconciliation and analysis.
- Familiarity with IBOR/ABOR concepts
- Understanding of pre- and post-trade compliance frameworks, including multi-jurisdictional requirements (US, EMEA, APAC) is desirable.
- Dynamic problem-solving skills and a strong sense of curiosity.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong documentation skills.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organisational and interpersonal skills.
Education and Experience:
- 4+ years of relevant experience in investment operations, financial technology implementation, or a related field.
