Job Summary:
The Enfusion Onboarding division is responsible for onboarding all new clients onto Enfusion by Clearwater's front-to-back SaaS platform. An SME works across a portfolio of client implementations to provide deep domain expertise across Enfusion's core capabilities - including portfolio management, order and execution management (OEMS), and pre- and post-trade compliance. • Handles investment operations workflows with confidence, including Enfusion's PMS, OEMS, shadow accounting/general ledger, and reporting capabilities.
  • Builds fluency in Enfusion's full product suite — portfolio management, order execution, compliance, data management, and risk and analytics — and develops a growing repertoire of configuration best practices and user stories.
  • Communicates and collaborates effectively with global, cross-functional teams to resolve implementation issues and address client queries accurately and efficiently.
  • Shares knowledge by designing training materials and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and contributes to thought leadership relevant to Enfusion clients and prospects.
  • Serves as a trusted client advocate throughout onboarding, building toward a confident advisory relationship as expertise develops.

Required Skills:

  • Intermediate proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Salesforce, JIRA)
  • Solid understanding of investment operations workflows for hedge funds and/or asset managers - including order management and trade lifecycle.
  • Working knowledge of equities, fixed income, derivatives, and/or alternatives, particularly in a front-to-middle office context.
  • Proven experience with Excel; comfort with data reconciliation and analysis.
  • Familiarity with IBOR/ABOR concepts
