We are seeking an experienced Senior C# Developer with 5 years of hands-on development experience to design and develop end-end automation solutions. The ideal candidate will have excellent English communication skills and advanced expertise in SQL, with a strong ability to collaborate across teams and to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

What You’ll Be Doing
Create automated software deployment procedures.
Automating software programs and writing automation scripts.
Troubleshooting software automation and finalizing system procedures.
Design, develop, test, and maintain applications using C# and .NET technologies
Write clean, scalable, and well-documented code following best practices
Develop and optimize complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and database schemas
Analyze and improve application performance and database efficiency
Collaborate with product managers, QA, and other developers to deliver high-quality solutions
Participate in code reviews and contribute to architectural decisions
Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve production issues
Communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Implementing improvements in existing automation for the study release process
Developing and implementing maintenance programs for existing environments
Optimizing and evaluating the study release process
Excellent troubleshooting skills and hands-on experience in the Study release processes
Train and mentor junior-level staff to more effectively respond to end-user issues.
Keep up with industry best practices and trends on behalf of the Ops department and the larger technology department

What We Look For
5+ years of professional experience in C# / .NET development .
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience
Minimum of 5+ years as a C#
Strong knowledge of .NET Framework / .NET Core
Advanced SQL skills, including performance tuning and query optimization
Experience working with relational databases (e.g., SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MySQL)
Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken)
Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git)

Skills Required
- BS/BA degree or equivalent practical experience
- 4-7 years of experience with Microsoft server operating systems, IIS, .NET, and Apache Tomcat applications
- Strong understanding of VMWare, Load Balancer, and firewalls
- Experience running and writing SQL scripts against relational database servers (2+ years)
- Familiarity with configuration and release automation tools and scripting (Ruby, Perl, Bash, Python preferred)
- Skilled in organizing, planning, and problem-solving
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
