Studio Traffic Manager

Your duties and responsibilities

• Daily management of open tickets, workflow, projects, and account handling
• Reporting on project status, workloads, and accounts.
• Providing timely communication between relevant teams, stakeholders, business leadership, and internal customers.
• Managing daily schedules.
• Overseeing project resources and assisting with the management of ad hoc requirements and booking requests.
• Analysing and reporting on campaign data.
• Holding regular production meetings and status updates.
• Ensuring the stages of the project are met according to the client and creative brief, budget, resources, and deadline deliverables.
• Monitoring current traffic processes and inputting ideas on how to improve current practices where required.
• Working across multiple projects and ensuring all parties are informed of progress and problems.
• Building effective relationships with key departments and clients.

Your skills, experience, and qualifications

• Significant experience working in a creative studio environment, ideally in an agency. Experience working with vendors in the creative and communications industry.
• At least three years of experience in a studio administration, operations, or workflow role.
• Proven track record in supporting multiple stakeholders and keeping things moving efficiently.
• Proven track record of working in a studio managing high-quality brand and design work from concept to production.
• Experience and understanding of working with creative and production professionals and processes.
• You must have a passion for creativity, design, communications, marketing, and web and digital technologies and delivering results. You will have a creative flair, relish working in a fast-paced environment across time zones and be able to manage multiple project deliverables.
• You will have solid people management and communication skills and have strong resourcing skills.
• You have great organisational competencies and be able to manage the creative process from start to finish.
• Experienced and proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
• Bilingual English and Italian is a plus.
• Fundamental Adobe Creative Cloud skills in Acrobat are a plus.
