Job DescriptionWe're in search of highly motivated, personable, and detail-oriented individuals to contribute to all aspects of our Student experience and growing community. Our front desk staff will work closely with the Studio Manager and Assistant Studio Manager in an inspiring, fun work environment to ensure that Students are happy and the studio remains immaculate.

Outgoing, friendly nature with a great attitude
Detail oriented, organized, reliable
Able to pivot and multi-task in a fast-paced environment
Able to take initiative for problem solving with confidence
Able to handle retail operations and drive sales
Must have customer service, hospitality and or sales experience
Must have excellent communication skills
Must work cohesively in team environment
Prior experience with Mindbody or similar booking software is preferred
Must have strong computer skills
Must be available mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays
RESPONSIBILITIES
Greet, check-in, and welcome Students for Class
Deliver excellent customer service and hospitality to all current and prospective Students
Clean and prep studio, including mats, floors, and mirrors
Clean, prep, and stock common areas, including bathrooms, locker area, and front desk
Support Teachers with Class setup, breakdown, or Student questions
Must possess full knowledge of The Class method, schedule, and retail offerings
Assist Studio Manager and other staff members with daily studio tasks, checklists, and projects
Report any questions or issues to Studio Manager in timely manner
Help keep track of inventory and supplies
Assist Studio Manager with training of new front desk staff if needed
Help maintain the aesthetic and atmosphere for The Class

What We Do
The Class is a cathartic workout experience that guides you to strengthen the body and notice the mind to restore balance. The practice is mat-based and music-driven. We repeat one move per song to create sensation in the body and observe our thoughts. In any given Class students can expect guided instruction and a carefully curated playlist to lead them through exercises they are familiar with such as—squats, jumping jacks, and burpees. The result is a mental clearing and emotional release. Through continued practice students develop tools to empower their life, along with an incredibly strong, resilient, body.
