We're looking for a highly organized, proactive, and collaborative Studio Project Manager to join our global creative operations team.

In this role, you'll manage a diverse portfolio of creative, marketing, events, video, and studio operations projects that support business teams around the world. You'll partner with stakeholders across multiple countries, oversee project delivery from intake through completion, and help drive operational excellence across a fast-paced, high-volume creative environment.

This is an exciting opportunity for professionals with experience in creative agencies, studio operations, marketing operations, or content production environments who enjoy bringing structure to complex projects and collaborating with global teams.

What You'll Do
  • Lead projects from intake to delivery across creative, marketing, events, video, and studio operations functions.

  • Manage a high volume of requests while balancing priorities, timelines, resource availability, and stakeholder expectations.

  • Develop project plans, timelines, milestones, and delivery schedules.

  • Coordinate work across creative teams, studio leads, marketing operations partners, and business stakeholders.

  • Facilitate project meetings, status reviews, handoffs, and cross-functional collaboration.

  • Identify and mitigate risks, bottlenecks, resource constraints, and delivery challenges.

  • Maintain project visibility through reporting, dashboards, status updates, and operational reviews.

  • Support process improvements that increase efficiency, consistency, and scalability across the organization.

  • Provide project oversight and people management support for two Graphic Designers based in Mexico City.

  • Ensure projects comply with brand, legal, privacy, and operational requirements.

What We're Looking ForRequired Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

  • 5-8 years of experience in project management, project coordination, marketing operations, creative operations, or related fields.

  • Strong ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  • Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

  • Experience working across cross-functional and matrixed teams.

  • Advanced English communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in a creative agency, in-house creative studio, marketing operations, events, video production, or creative services environment.

  • Experience using project management tools such as Smartsheet, Workfront, Microsoft Planner, or similar platforms.

  • Experience with dashboards, operational reporting, capacity planning, or workload management.

  • PMP, CAPM, CSM, PRINCE2, or other project management certifications.

  • Experience working with geographically distributed global teams.
