Job Overview:
The Studio Producer is responsible for overseeing all aspects of e-commerce and
marketing photo shoot production, ensuring that imagery is executed on time, aligns with
RUDIS brand standards, and meets marketing and sales objectives. This role manages
pre-production planning, on-set execution, and post-production coordination, while
maintaining efficient studio operations, vendor relationships, and budget control.
Key Responsibilities
- Production Oversight:
- Plan and oversee the production of e-commerce and marketing shoots, ensuring all deliverables are meet creative and brand standards
- Manage on-set operations to maintain workflow efficiency and adherence to timelines
- Coordinate with the creative team, marketing, and product departments to meet go-live deadlines
- Pre-Production Planning:
- Coordinate all logistics including scheduling, talent booking, and product delivery
- Create shot lists and production decks
- Utilize purchase order trackers to procure all samples, ensuring they are received and scheduled for photography by target dates
- Track and manage inventory for product requests from athletes, ensuring fulfillment aligns with campaign needs
- Vendor & Talent Management:
- Negotiate rates and secure bookings with production agencies, stylists, assistants, talent, locations, models, and caterers
- Verify that all freelance staff and vendors have fully executed contracts
- Maintain digital file lists for freelancers and contractors
- Studio & Resource Management:
- Maintain and update the studio schedule and calendars
- Track internal staff project schedules and distribute call sheets to assigned resources
- Manage communication regarding the movement and availability of physical products
- Maintain organized departmental files, including General Release Forms
- Partner with the Creative Art Director to secure all required props and ensure the records for invoicing and budget tracking
- Ensure all costs are approved and documented in alignment with production budgets
Key Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Photography or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in production coordination, studio management, or e-commerce content production
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
- Proven experience negotiating vendor contracts and managing budgets
- Proficiency with project tracking tools, asset management systems, and shared calendars
- Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments
- Experience working in a fast-paced creative or retail environment
