Consol is a growing national tanning brand with 57 studios nation-wide (and counting!), leading the field in safe and responsible tanning. As we continue to grow, we're excited to be opening a brand-new studio in Hinckley, and we want you to be part of it.
We're looking for enthusiastic and friendly Studio Assistants to join our new Hinckley team. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a new studio from day one, helping us create a welcoming environment and deliver the high standards our customers expect from Consol.
Available shifts are:
Monday - Friday: 9am-3pm or 3pm-9pm
Saturday: 9am-2pm or 2pm-6pm
Sunday: 10am-2pm or 2pm-6pm
The role requires flexibility across these shifts, including weekdays, evenings, and weekends. We're looking for someone who is friendly, reliable, and confident with customers, with a positive attitude and a willingness to get stuck in as part of the team. As a Studio Assistant, you will support the day-to-day running of the studio by delivering excellent customer service, maintaining high standards of cleanliness, and assisting with sales and stock replenishment. You’ll work closely with the Studio Manager and team to ensure the studio is welcoming, safe and operating smoothly at all times.
What we are looking for:
Essential
- Previous customer-facing experience
- English GCSE or equivalent qualification / demonstrable communication skills
- Experience working towards a goal or target, demonstrated through previous roles or education
- Ability to attend mandatory training
- Examples of good time management
- Motivation to succeed and take on new challenges
Desirable
- Experience working in a fast-paced sales environment
- Experience or interest in the health and beauty industry
- Experience cleaning and maintaining high standards of cleanliness
