Your Role in Student Recruitment – Graduate Coordinator
As part of the team driving end-to-end recruitment, you will be responsible for screening, assessing, and hiring large volumes of candidates, ensuring we attract and hire top talent aligned with the core qualities – our graduate “DNA” – needed to success at Accenture.
You will work with cutting-edge assessment tools and digital platforms to deliver a fair, engaging and efficient candidate experience. A key part of your role will be engaging with prospective candidates at Graduate career fairs, facilitating virtual assessment centres and guiding hiring managers through the interview process, including in-office support during the final round interviews.
You will report to the Graduate Recruitment Specialist, who will support your development through training in assessment facilitation and stakeholder delivery, mentorship and exposure to the full 360 recruitment cycle – from candidate engagement at university career fairs to offer.

Through collaboration with the Early Talent Team and regular interaction with our wider HR colleagues, you will build deep expertise in our student programmes and develop a strong understanding of how we identify, attract and nurture the right talent for our business.
What we’re looking for
Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in recruitment administration, customer service, reception or PA roles
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a confident and professional telephone manner
Strong teamworking skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment to meet shared goals
Proven ability to build relationships and manage stakeholders effectively
Experience initiating contact and maintaining virtual relationships with candidates or customers.
Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage your own workload and support others
High attention to detail and accuracy in fast-paced environments
Ability to work effectively under pressure, particularly when managing high-volume work
Strong interest in recruitment and the early careers talent market
What you’ll require to be successful
Bachelor’s degree
Strong excel and reporting skills
Project management experience would be an advantage
