Job Responsibilities:
Role Summary
To support our Group Office, we are looking for an intern/working student/bachelor's or master's thesis candidate with a strong IT affinity (m/f/d) to join our Purchasing department as soon as possible.
Main Responsibilities
  • Support with various Power BI reports, e.g., Supplier Reporting
    (experience with Power Apps is advantage)

  • Contribute to the further development of purchasing and analytical tools

  • Assist in preparing tenders and contract negotiations

  • Collaborate closely with adjacent departments (HR, Finance, Operations, etc.)

  • Perform administrative tasks, internal and external communication

Key Qualifications / Requirements
  • Enrolled in at least the 3rd semester of a business or science-related degree program

  • Strong commercial or IT understanding (first internships in a commercial environment desirable)

  • High IT affinity and proficiency in MS Office (particularly Excel; Power BI is an advantage)

  • High level of commitment, flexibility, strong communication and teamwork skills

  • Independent and structured working style

  • Fluency in English

  • Availability for at least 20 working hours per week (or more)

  • Willingness and availability to commit for a minimum of 6 months
