Group Summary:
The Magna Exteriors portfolio of products includes access systems such as liftgates, exterior trim, modular systems, front-end modules including fascia, active aerodynamic systems and other lightweight structural components for automotive, commercial truck and other industrial markets.

Job Responsibilities:
QUALIFICATIONS

• Post-secondary degree/diploma or equivalent in IT with at least first year completed.
• Excellent English communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.
• Exceptional analytical and creative problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with computers, printers, cell phones and network switches.
• Familiarity with Office 365 and other business applications.
• Familiarity with SQL, Power Apps, Power BI, and scripting.
• A definite interest in technology, computer hardware & software.

DESIRABLE ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS
(Optional) - Preferred but not required

• Automotive manufacturing experience

MAIN TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Monitor and ensure security compliance of computers and mobile devices.
• Support testing (functional/integration) and Go Live preparation for IT projects.
• Support users with business applications, phones and hardware.
• Setup and maintain hardware including scanners, printers, copiers, cell phones and computers.
• Responsible for setup, troubleshooting and maintenance of business applications.
• Responsible for documenting and maintaining phone lists, IP addresses etc.

• Provide backup support for Systems Administrators to resolve user or production issues.
• Ensure that all Systems procedures are carried out in accordance with the Mytox BOS manual.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace in IT areas using effective housekeeping practices.
• Provide on-call technical support and on-site technical support for Mytox Personnel outside of regular business hours as required.
• Adheres to all Mytox safety rules and regulations.
• Any other reasonable request by management.

Compensation: $23.69 - 26.78 per hour based on years completed
