Student Assistant - Project Management

We are seeking a Student Assistant based in our Hedehusene office to join the Project Management team in Group Technology.

We are seeking a student assistant to support our project managers and project assistants with various tasks. Tasks will be diverse and of different nature depending on candidate and requirement of ongoing activities, tasks could be:

• Coordinate and schedule meetings and appointments
• Handle travel arrangements and expense reports
• Support with monthly reporting
• Support with data collection
• Collect and follow up on travel documentation for project travelers
• Support the creation and maintenance of project-related documentation, such as user guides, manuals, and process documentation.
• Be part of the team testing and implementing new it systems
• Prepare regular meeting material
• Update and maintain project-related databases and contact lists
• Assist on Ad-hoc tasks

Our Project Assistants will give you thorough introductions to how we work and our system, and you will have the opportunity to work both independently and as part of the team.

We offer a position of around 10-20 hours per week with flexibility to fit your schedule. We imagine that you are currently enrolled in a Bachelor or Master’s programme.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency in speaking and writing English with ease and professionalism

• Transparency in communicating your progress and a willingness to ask for help when needed
• Strong skills in Excel for data analysis and reporting
