In the context of expanding our operations, we are currently seeking to recruit a Student Affairs Advisor to join our School of Medicine, Frankfurt Branch. The successful candidate will play a vital role in providing guidance, support and administrative coordination to our diverse student community ensuring an exceptional student experience during their studies at the EUC School of Medicine.
Dues and Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for student support and welfare matters
- Advise students on Act as a point of reference for students providing accurate information on academic policies, university regulations, program requirements and other important procedures
- Conduct advising sessions to offer students relevant academic advice
- Ensure accurate data processing and update in the university’s systems and files
- Utilize technology to support enrolment goals
- Keep track of changes in degree programs and requirements and advise students accordingly
- Work towards the achievement of set targets according to organizational goals
Qualifications
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree
- Master’s Degree will be considered a plus
- Full fluency in German language (Native level) and high proficiency level of English language. Greek language will be considered an advantage
- Excellent communication skills (written and oral)
- Proficient knowledge on MS Office tools
- Customer-focused, collaborative personality excellent interpersonal and organizational skills as well as time management skills
