As an Analyst in Structured Equity and Fund Financing Trading, you will support the team in managing and executing bespoke financing solutions for institutional clients. You'll work closely with senior team members and internal partners to analyze, structure, and monitor complex transactions. Your contributions will help maintain JPMorgan Chase's position as a global leader in this space. Job responsibilities
- Assist in financial modeling, valuation, and risk assessment of potential deals
- Prepare internal and client presentations, transaction memos, and supporting documentation
- Coordinate with internal teams (sales, investment banking, legal, risk, operations) to facilitate deal execution
- Monitor and manage risk on executed transactions, including exposure analysis and reporting
- Prepare regular reports and updates on portfolio performance for internal stakeholders
- Support the team in identifying and screening new transaction opportunities
- Conduct research and analysis on clients, sectors, and market trends to support deal evaluation
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, mathematics, or a related field
- Internship or 1 year of experience in finance, investment banking, or a related field
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills
- Ability to conduct research and analysis on equity and credit markets
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- Interest in structured finance and transaction management
