In this role you will provide structural analysis and design on both new and renovation projects, including civic centers, industrial buildings, educational facilities, maintenance buildings, medical office buildings, mid-rise mixed-use developments, and military projects utilizing a full range of building materials. You will collaborate with a team of talented engineers to ensure client satisfaction on every project.

This role could be filled by candidates at either a Project Engineer II or Project Engineer III level, and the hiring team will determine which level is most appropriate for each candidate based on their relevant background and experience. Actual pay will be based on experience and other job-related factors permitted by law. Ranges are based on a 40-hour work week.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Here's our list of must-haves:
- Bachelor’s degree in civil, structural, or architectural engineering
- EIT Certification
- 2-4 years of progressive experience in structural analysis and design
- Knowledge of Steel, Concrete, and Wood Design
- Experience with AutoCAD, Revit, and structural analysis software
- Familiarity with International Building Code and ASCE 7
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Master’s degree
- Knowledge of Masonry Design

- Project Engineer II - $73,300 - $93,400 per year
- Project Engineer III - $80,000 - $110,000 per year
- Annual discretionary performance-based bonus.

- Option of PPO health plan or HDHP with Health Savings Account (HSA) with company contribution.
