Primary Responsibilities

In the role of Structural EIT, we'll count on you to:

  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office products
  • Experience in modeling and detailing in Revit
  • Basic understanding of building and design codes
  • Local and national industry relationships preferred
  • Interest in sustainable design a must
  • An attitude and commitment to being an active participant of our employee-owned culture is a must
  • Perform other duties as needed

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering
  • EIT
  • Microsoft Office,and Revit experience
  • Previous structural design experience (internship or full-time work experience) is a plus
  • An attitude and commitment to being an active participant of our employee-owned culture is a must

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelors or Master's Degree in Structural, Civil or Architectural Engineering.
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience with building structural system design

The expected compensation range for this position is $69,000 - $85,000 annually depending upon skills, experience, education and geographical location. Stated benefits are for full-time regular positions. Temporary and part-time roles eligible for limited benefits.
