JOB SUMMARY
As a Structural Design Engineer, you may: work onsite with our customers; manage projects using engineering principles and techniques; utilize 3D CAD software to work from specifications and product requirements to create designs and drafts; prepare orders for manufacturing by providing fabrication and purchasing instructions; input BOM and method of manufacturing into ERP system, and work collaboratively with suppliers and other Applied partners.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s of Science Degree in Mechanical Engineering required
- 3D CAD modeling experience with AutoCAD experience required
- A minimum of 2 years of structural design experience required
- Ability to work with and apply mathematical concepts (basic algebraic equations, fundamentals of plane and solid geometry, fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions, etc.) required
- Experience with Tekla/Tekla Structures strongly preferred

ESTIMATED PAY RANGE
$75,000 - $98,000, DOE
