Streaming Staff Writer, TechRadar

We’re looking for a passionate writer with a love of streaming TV and movies to join our team of entertainment-lovers at TechRadar. You’ll produce articles helping people to find the best new releases on streaming services, the excellent shows and movies they might have missed, and the information they need on what’s coming in the future.

What you'll be doing

Reporting to the Senior Editor, you'll write high-quality news, features and advice every day, update evergreen and ecommerce articles, especially during key seasonal periods such as Black Friday and Amazon Prime Day, and collaborate with social media and audience development teams to maximise the reach of your work.

You'll attend industry events and establish industry contacts with leading companies to ensure we get first-look access to new content and source exclusive access when possible.

Experience that will put you ahead of the curve

• A keen interest and understanding of the streaming services, and the TV and movies landscape. We don’t expect you to be an industry insider initially, but to have a passion for the subject.
• Exceptional writing and editing skills – from the ability to write snappy headlines to tight grammar control, and choosing the right image to engage your audience
• Ability to produce content in a timely and efficient manner
• An interest in and understanding of analytical and SEO tools
