Capco’s Wealth practice specializes in strategy to execution client initiatives. We pride ourselves on delivery excellence across four main areas:
- Strategy: C-level Advisory on mission critical issues with a fact-based approach leveraging deep insights into industry and customer dynamics.
- Client & Advisor Experience: Transformation of client & advisor experience across UHNW, HNW and mass affluent businesses and core functions.
- Operational Excellence Enhancing operational excellence and efficiency across front-, middle- and back-office.
- Risk, Regulatory & Compliance: Transforming risk, control and compliance functions and deliver change programs.
What You’ll Get to Do:
- Focus on strategic client engagements and pursuits and building out our Wealth Management practice with a focus on business strategy, digital strategy and transformation.
- Have an opportunity to play a major role in projects like developing market entry strategy for Wealth Management practice with a focus on business strategy, digital strategy and transformation.
- Critically think through storyboard, work with SMEs to develop thought leadership content in both domain and capability and participate in client pitches.
- Execute large-scale complex transformation programs across people, policy, process & technology within exposure to senior client management.
- Develop thought leadership around future of different industry topics through content and capacity leadership.
What You’ll Bring With You:
- 4+ years of experience in a Financial Services and/or Professional consulting firm
- Proven record of success in project delivery
- Experience advising and delivering change projects as part of a long-term strategic partnership with leading financial institutions
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to liaise and influence a range of internal and external stakeholders
- Experience with wealth management, client onboarding, payments management, or security- based lending.
- Proven track record of delivering large scale transformations.
- Bachelor's degree
