Job Description: -
- Litho Five-year Strategy & Annual Business Planning
· Develop the rolling five-year Lithography strategy and annual business plan, connecting market priorities with portfolio and technology roadmaps, investment decisions, and financial targets, and preparing the supporting leadership deck.
· Develop fact-based analyses, scenarios, and recommendations to support leadership decisions on where to grow, invest, improve, or deprioritize.
· Synthesize market trends, customer needs, technology roadmaps, competitive dynamics, portfolio performance, the innovation pipeline, and financial results into clear strategic priorities.
· Translate approved priorities into objectives, accountable owners, milestones, KPIs, resource requirements, and expected business impact.
- Pricing, Profitability & Value Creation
· Assess performance by product, customer, region, and application, including price, volume, mix, variable and fixed costs, freight, inventory, capacity utilization, working capital, and cash.
· Build price-volume-mix and margin bridges; diagnose margin leakage and quantify the impact of raw-material, manufacturing, logistics, and other cost changes.
· Develop product- and customer-level pricing recommendations based on customer value, competitive position, cost-to-serve, contract terms, willingness to pay, and internal economics.
· Define annual pricing target guardrails, review price realization and discount exceptions with Sales and Finance, and track revenue and margin impact after implementation.
· Identify and prioritize structural gross-margin opportunities across portfolio mix, product rationalization, formulation/process productivity, raw materials, manufacturing, freight, MOQ/MTO, inventory, and supply strategy.
Strategy-to-Execution & Business Performance

· Lead and facilitate monthly business, innovation and portfolio reviews, and other execution forums; prepare concise pre-reads, recommendations, decision logs, and action trackers.
· Govern innovation and sales pipeline performance, ensuring alignment with growth strategy, financial objectives, conversion expectations, timeline commitments, and key business risks.
· Lead monthly win/loss analysis and recommend actions for product , pricing, account strategy, and sales execution.
· Establish a consistent performance view across growth, market share, pipeline conversion, price realization, gross margin, portfolio health, inventory, working capital, and strategic initiative value.
· Identify root causes, quantify value opportunities, prioritize issues by impact and feasibility, and drive agreed actions through closure.

· Develop rigorous business cases for new assets, capacity expansion, manufacturing capabilities, partnerships, and other strategic investments.
· Define implementation plans, governance, owners, milestones, benefits, and risk mitigations; track approved initiatives against the original case and intervene when value realization is off track.
· Synthesize large and incomplete datasets into transparent assumptions, scenarios, executive conclusions, and clear recommendations.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
Education
Bachelor’s degree in chemistry, Engineering, or a related discipline; MBA preferred.
Experience
7-15 years in product management, strategic marketing, strategy, or consulting. Semiconductor materials, specialty chemicals, advanced materials is preferred.
Market & Customer Insight
Demonstrated ability to conduct market segmentation, opportunity sizing, competitive analysis, Voice of Customer, and win/loss analysis and translate insight into strategic choices.
Portfolio & Innovation
Experience shaping portfolio strategy, roadmaps, lifecycle choices, product requirements, innovation priorities, and commercialization decisions.
Pricing & Commercial Acumen
Strong understanding of B2B pricing, value propositions, customer economics, cost-to-serve, , price realization, and go-to-market execution.
Financial & Analytical Acumen
Strong command of P&L, gross margin, cost structure, investment economics, scenario modeling, and business-case development.
