Our client is a venture-backed healthcare AI company improving access to specialty medications. Its platform connects providers, payers and pharmacies to automate prior authorization, benefits verification and other complex tasks. Hundreds of providers across 15 states already use the platform, and its doctor and patient footprint is doubling monthly.
Join a roughly 12-person team to build how the business operates as it scales. Work directly with leadership across product, operations, go-to-market and strategy, owning problems from discovery through measurable results. This is a full-time role, onsite five days a week in Flatiron, New York City.
• Find and resolve operational bottlenecks, including helping manage a 25-plus-person offshore operations team.
• Work with Engineering to turn manual workflows into product improvements and automation.
• Build operating cadences, metrics, dashboards and models for leadership decisions.
• Support go-to-market and sales enablement, with life sciences and pharmaceutical work particularly relevant for senior hires.
• Lead initiatives across planning, recruiting, fundraising support and commercial operations.
Requirements
• Typically three to ten years in management consulting, investment banking, investing, strategy, business operations or a high-growth technology company.
• A record of owning projects end to end and explaining the decisions and outcomes behind your work.
• Strong first-principles analysis, clear writing and the ability to discuss past projects in depth.
• Intellectual honesty, curiosity, humility and the ability to consider pushback thoughtfully.
• Ability to work onsite five days a week in New York City.
• Healthtech experience is strongly preferred for candidates toward the senior end of the range. Startup operations, go-to-market and life sciences experience are pluses.
• No formal degree requirement.
Excel or Google Sheets, dashboards and business intelligence reporting, data analysis, and AI tools for analysis. Interview materials and written work must express your own reasoning.
Benefits
$140,000-$200,000 USD base salary plus competitive equity. The company covers 100% of employee health benefits and offers unlimited PTO. Visa sponsorship is not supported; candidates must already have unrestricted US work authorization. Paid relocation is not confirmed.
