Key Responsibilities
1. Structure Strategic & Financial Topics
- Understand and structure complex strategic, operational, and financial challenges into clear problem statements, hypotheses, and action items.
- Support CFO-relevant topics such as cost transparency, policy adaption, performance drivers, investment prioritization, and business case development.
- Prepare structured analyses and decision documents for senior management.
2. Support Strategy, Transformation & Governance Initiatives
- Support divisional strategy, operational transformation, localization, and performance management initiatives.
- Contribute to the design of governance models, steering routines, KPIs, and reporting structures.
- Support coordination and tracking of strategic initiatives across functions and regions.
3. Lead Defined Project Workstreams
- Take ownership of clearly defined analytical or conceptual workstreams within larger projects.
- Coordinate cross-functional inputs and synthesize results into coherent management narratives.
- Prepare and support workshops, interviews, and alignment sessions with senior stakeholders.
Your Profile / Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Economics Engineering, Industrial Management, STEM or a related field.
- Strong academic performance with demonstrated analytical strength.
- 1-4 years of professional working experience, thereof at least 1–2 years of experience in management consulting, strategy, finance or operations management
- Strong experience in problem structuring, driving analysis, management presentations and business case development
- First exposure to industrial, manufacturing, or operational environments is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Strong structuring and storytelling ability for senior management audiences.
- Excellent analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
- Confident handling of data, KPIs, and financial logic.
- Strong communication skills and professional presence.
- High learning agility and ability to work in ambiguous problem spaces.
- Fluent in English; additional languages (e.g., German) are beneficial.
