Come shape the future of Twitch! Twitch is a leading distributor of live content worldwide and we are looking for a Manager to join our Strategy & Operations team.

The Strategy & Operations team is responsible for strategic planning, performance tracking, and ad-hoc projects and analyses across our business. The team works across various business units and is core to the decision-making and success of Twitch. As a member of the team, you will develop strategies, recommendations, and insights to influence Twitch’s future.

You have a demonstrated ability to think strategically and analytically about business, product, and technical challenges. You can dig into details, keep the big picture in mind, work collaboratively in a high performing team, and communicate compelling insights and recommendations. A passion for problem solving with a keen sense of ownership, initiative, drive, and scrappiness is a must.

You will report to our Senior Manager of Strategy & Operations, based in our San Francisco, CA office.

• Uncover business problems and opportunities, ideate on potential solutions, and structure business cases to evaluate them
• Create strategic recommendations through synthesis of data, internal and external research, analysis, and hypothesis testing
• Manage cross-functional projects and effectively collaborate with teams across all of Twitch’s business units (e.g.  go-to-market, product, finance, etc.)
• Own analysis and modeling of key strategic projects
• Design, monitor, and analyze business reports and performance tracking dashboards
• Present work, build consensus, and effectively influence senior-level stakeholders
• Lead and contribute to business plans, long-term strategies, resource allocation, and goal setting
• Work with cross-functional analysts to make sure the right data is being collected to answer the right questions

• 3-5+ years of experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, investment banking, and / or business operations
• Ability to drive action around complex business problems in a prompt, efficient manner with minimal direction and little oversight on a day-to-day basis
• Ability to process large information sets with a strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skillset (e.g., Excel modeling, issue prioritization, strategic framing)
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills
• Understanding of financial P&Ls
• Desire to succeed in a demanding, innovative, and entrepreneurial environment
• Interest and passion for content and digital entertainment

• 5+ years of experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, investment banking, and / or business operations
• Familiarity with digital content, video streaming, or OTT
• Experience writing SQL queries
