Marktplaats in The Netherlands, and 2dehands and 2ememain in Belgium, are part of Adevinta: a global online classifieds specialist. What you'll do:

• The Strategy Manager reports into the Head of Strategy BNL and plays a key role in addressing the most critical strategic challenges facing Marktplaats and 2dehands.

• As part of a high-performing and collaborative team, you’ll gain direct exposure to C-level decision-making and develop a 360° understanding of the business.

• ​You are a current resident of the Netherlands and you are legally able to work here.

• Positioned at the intersection of data, decision-making, and business transformation, you’ll work closely with the CEO, CFO, and Private Equity shareholders to lead high-impact initiatives that shape the future of our marketplaces.

• You’ll be responsible for bringing clarity to complexity - conducting deep, data-driven analyses and transforming insights into actionable, executive-ready narratives.

• We’re looking for someone who combines the structured thinking of a consultant with the hands-on mindset and thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment where quality, curiosity, and continuous learning are non-negotiables.

• This is a standout opportunity for a top-tier strategist ready to take ownership, drive change, and help lead the next chapter of one of the most iconic digital platforms in the BNL.

Who you are:​

• 3-5 years of experience in strategy, management consulting or investment banking

• Analytical mindset & excellent business modeling skills

• Proven ability to manage and influence wide range of stakeholders

• Deep understanding of business financials and value drivers

• Proactive, can-do attitude with a drive to make things happen

​You are a current resident of the Netherlands and you are legally able to work here.
