About The Role:
As a Strategy Manager at Feastables, you will be a driving force behind our strategic business planning and decision-making processes. Reporting directly to the SVP of Strategy & Commercialization, you will coordinate the development and execution of our company-wide strategic plan, ensuring alignment across all functions. This role requires a forward-thinking individual who can synthesize macroeconomic trends, industry insights, and competitive analysis to guide our long-term growth and market strategy.
Your day-to-day activities will involve close collaboration with various departments to ensure that all strategic initiatives are integrated and aligned with our overarching business objectives. You will be responsible for tracking industry developments, analyzing competitive landscapes, and providing actionable insights to senior leadership. What You’ll Be Doing:
- Lead the development and coordination of the company-wide strategic business plan, ensuring alignment across all functions
- Monitor and analyze macroeconomic trends, industry developments, and competitive landscapes to provide strategic insights and recommendations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Supply Chain, Marketing, and Sales to ensure strategic initiatives are integrated and aligned with business objectives
- Track and evaluate key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the success of strategic initiatives and ensure they are on track
- Develop and present strategic reports and presentations to senior leadership, clearly communicating insights, recommendations, and progress
- Support the annual strategic planning process, including setting priorities, defining objectives, and allocating resources across the organization
- Coordinate cross-functional activities and projects, ensuring all functions are aligned and working towards common strategic goals
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to inform strategic decision-making and identify new growth opportunities
Recipe For Success:
- Minimum of 6+ years of experience in strategy consulting, corporate strategy, or a related field, preferably within the CPG industry
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree highly preferred
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data, perform financial analysis, and develop strategic insights
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly articulate ideas and influence stakeholders at all levels
- Proven track record of leading strategic initiatives from concept through execution, with measurable impact on business performance
- Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
- Strong problem-solving abilities, with a proactive and adaptable approach to addressing challenges and opportunities
- Collaborative mindset, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and build strong relationships across the organization
- Passion for the creator economy and social media space
