Position Summary

We are looking for a summer intern in our Strategy & Operations team to help us develop market opportunity assessments to inform our company wide strategy roadmap.

Why is this a great opportunity for a summer MBA intern?

• As our company is rapidly growing, there are critically important strategic decisions that we need to make based on an in-depth understanding of current dynamics and opportunities in our current market and those adjacent to it

• This role brings an opportunity to develop valuable strategy and project experience by closely working with the strategy team and senior leaders to develop a project plan, learn our business and market, and synthesize recommendations.

Responsibilities Include:

• Independently manage 1-2 projects from start to finish over the course of the summer, ~20 hours per week over 10 weeks, to evaluate strategic questions

• Combine stakeholder interviews, research skills, and critical strategic thinking to synthesize findings 

• Present findings to senior management, with perspective on recommendations for Vivante

• Partner with the Vivante strategy team consisting of three former MBB consultants

You'll be a good fit here if you are:

• Comfortable with a distributed workforce. We interact with each other via video chat, Slack, and other tech platforms

• A self motivated, creative problem solver

Desired Qualifications:

• MBA candidate

• Experience working in healthcare / digital health preferred

• Bonus: Experience in management consulting, venture capital, or strategy roles

• Strong analytical and communication (verbal, written, presentation building) skills
