Strategy Insights and Planning Manager - Technology Industry
As a leader tech vertical, we help clients modernize their commercial engines and unlock sustainable revenue growth. You will partner with senior client leaders (CROs, CMOs, PMMs, Heads of Sales, GTM Strategy, RevOps) to design and implement data-driven commercial strategies, operating models, and scale programs that improve customer experience, internal productivity, accelerate pipeline, and drive profitable growth. This role blends strategy + analytics + execution - ideal for someone who enjoys solving ambiguous problems and turning insights into action. You will also help clients build scalable, repeatable commercial capabilities that endure beyond the program, embedding the processes, tools, and governance needed to sustain impact over time. Success requires the ability to navigate highly matrixed, global organizations, align diverse stakeholders, and drive outcomes through influence, collaboration, and change leadership. The person in this role will work in our Beyond Healthcare practice and bring experience go to market solutions to lead project teams and develop ongoing relationships with client teams. This role blends strategic leadership, business development, and team mentorship.
What you'll do;
  • Lead project delivery on multiple high-impact projects, with significant direct client interaction.
  • Design and implement the GTM frameworks that solve the industry's toughest challenges.
  • Establish or maintain ongoing client relationships with key decision makers that drive new business development.
  • Identify white-space opportunities within existing accounts and spearhead market-entry for new clients.
  • Support development of firm capabilities and offerings (recruitment, training, internal initiatives).
  • Motivate, coach and serve as a role model for project team members;
  • Develop and lead internal programs to sharpen the firm's collective analytical and leadership edge.

What you'll bring;
  • MBA from a leading university preferred, with strong academic performance
  • 6-8+ years of management consulting experience, with increasing responsibility
  • Proven track record of leading teams and delivering complex projects
  • Demonstrated success in business development and client relationship management
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, combining strategic thinking with attention to detail
  • Ability to blend GTM strategy, digital, AI and tech to drive customer impact
  • Experience in B2B marketing, sales, or go-to-market strategy preferred
  • Analytic problem-solving skills, with an ability both to see the big picture and delve into details
  • Excellent organization & planning skills

Skills Required

  • MBA from a top university strongly preferred
  • Approximately 6-8+ years of prior management consulting experience
  • Record of successful and continued business development
  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in oral and written form
  • Strong decision-making skills and the ability to influence others
  • Analytic problem solving skills
  • Prefer B2B marketing and sales experience
