You'll have the exciting opportunity to help support our amazing clients, which include large brands and retailers, institutional investors, and leading consulting firms. Your role will involve delivering custom insights and recommendations based on our e-commerce market data sets, as well as leading work streams related to custom data gathering, such as consumer surveys and web scraping, to provide even more valuable insights for our clients.
- Support our clients (e.g., large brands and retailers, institutional investors, and leading consulting firms) by delivering custom insights and recommendations based on Cube’s e-commerce market data sets
- Lead work streams related to custom data gathering, such as consumer surveys and web scraping, to form more complete and valuable insights and recommendations for our clients
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including data scientists and engineers, to ensure the accuracy and quality of data sets used for analysis
- Conduct regular research and analysis of industry trends and market developments to inform Cube's market data sets and custom insights for clients
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor and providing exceptional customer service
- Identify opportunities to enhance our product offerings and services to better meet the needs of our clients
- Continuously improve internal processes and methodologies to ensure the efficiency and effectiveness of our custom insights projects
- Mentor and train junior team members, providing guidance and support to foster their professional growth and development.
- Bachelor's or advanced degree in a related field, such as data science, marketing, economics, or business
- A minimum of 2-3 years of experience from a leading management consulting or market research firm, or from a setting with exposure to similar methods and ways of working
- Proven experience in data analysis and market research, preferably in the e-commerce industry or related field
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data sets to generate insights and recommendations for clients
- Ability to lead and manage custom data gathering work streams, such as consumer surveys and web scraping
- Experience working collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including data scientists and engineers
- Strong communication skills and ability to develop and maintain relationships with clients as a trusted advisor
- Demonstrated ability to identify opportunities for product and service enhancement to better meet client needs
- Ability to continuously improve internal processes and methodologies for custom insights projects to ensure efficiency and effectiveness
- Strong leadership skills and ability to mentor and train junior team members to foster their professional growth and development
- Prior experience in e-commerce is a big plus
- Strong project management skills and ability to lead work streams independently
