Job Description:
The Strategy & Initiatives Manager will shape and drive the strategy for global sales performance reporting, advanced analytics and performance measurement. The role will operate across a complex global organization to bring together financial, sales and operational data; establish trusted and consistent measures; develop analytical frameworks that surface business drivers and opportunities; and translate complex data into actionable insights for senior leaders. The role will partner across Sales, Finance, Product, Technology and regional teams to reconcile disparate data and reporting views, strengthen governance, and drive scalable, centralized reporting and analytics capabilities.
Responsibilities:
Develop analytical frameworks and performance measures that improve understanding of business performance and economics.
Apply advanced quantitative techniques to identify trends, drivers, anomalies and opportunities and translate findings into actions.
Reconcile financial, management and operational reporting across disparate sources and hierarchies.
Establish clear metric definitions, methodologies, governance and controls that create trusted measures of performance.
Drive consistent, scalable and centralized reporting across segments and regions while accounting for appropriate local requirements.
Establish executive reporting and KPI frameworks that provide clear and consistent visibility into performance.
Lead complex initiatives across Sales, Finance, Product, Technology and regional stakeholders.
Shape the long-term analytics and reporting roadmap and raise analytical capability across the broader team.
Builds and/or executes business initiatives and/or processes, while partnering with stakeholders and partners
Solves complex problems and delivers on business initiatives and processes by applying subject matter expertise and technical knowledge of the business

Required Qualifications:
10+ years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, performance reporting, data strategy, or related disciplines.
Demonstrated experience solving complex analytical and reporting problems using large or disparate data sets.
Experience defining performance metrics, KPI frameworks, and executive reporting that translate data into actionable business insights.
Proven ability to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives through influence in a global, matrixed environment.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with the ability to engage senior stakeholders.
Proficiency with SQL and reporting/analytics tools such as Tableau, Alteryx, and Excel.
Desired Qualifications:
