The Opportunity 
We’re looking for a Strategy Director to join our London team and lead the strategic development across content-first projects, including narrative-driven campaigns, live action, and motion work—with occasional support on experiential initiatives.

As our Strategy Director, you’ll be an insight-led thinker who understands the intersection of culture, creativity, and technology. You'll work closely with creatives, producers, and clients to ensure our work is grounded in strategy, tells compelling stories, and drives real results.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Lead the development of brand narratives, campaign strategies, and content frameworks across live action, motion, and social/digital campaigns
  • Uncover meaningful consumer and cultural insights that inspire big, bold creative ideas
  • Translate client business goals into smart, strategic briefs and platform-ready storytelling
  • Partner closely with senior clients to guide decisions and shape the strategic direction of their brands
  • Work cross-functionally with creative, production, and account teams to bring strategic thinking from brief to execution
  • Occasionally contribute strategic insight to experiential campaigns and activations
  • Conduct primary and secondary research to support persona development, journey mapping, and strategic presentations
  • Mentor junior strategists and help evolve the strategic practice within the agency

What You'll Bring

  • 8+ years of experience in brand, content, or digital strategy roles within creative agencies
  • A portfolio showcasing strategic leadership across content campaigns (live action, motion, social, branded storytelling)
  • Experience working directly with creatives and clients to shape standout, insight-led work
  • A deep understanding of narrative strategy and platform behavior, from TikTok to TV
  • Excellent written, verbal, and visual communication skills
  • Strong presentation skills and comfort facilitating workshops or brainstorms with senior stakeholders
  • A collaborative, curious, and entrepreneurial mindset
  • Experience in experiential is a plus, but not essential
