As a Strategy& Deals Tech Strategy Senior Manager, you will provide strategic advice and support to clients in areas such as mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, and restructuring focused on Product and Technology Diligence and Product-led Value Creation for software and technology-enabled businesses. Your role involves analyzing market trends, assessing business opportunities, and developing strategic frameworks to guide clients in making informed decisions regarding their deals. Within our Deals practice, you will leverage your skills and professional networks to deliver quality results, acting as a strategic advisor to clients and driving project success. You will lead large projects, innovate processes, and maintain operational excellence while interacting with clients at a high level.

Responsibilities
- Leading strategic advisory services in mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and restructuring to maximize client value
- Analyzing market trends and assessing business opportunities to develop strategic frameworks for informed decision-making
- Guiding clients through complex transactions by identifying potential risks and opportunities
- Developing and executing strategies to optimize outcomes in deal-making processes
- Utilizing analytical thinking and financial modeling to support corporate development and competitive analysis
- Conducting industry trend analysis and market research to inform strategic planning and scenario analysis
- Overseeing post-merger integration and value creation initiatives to enhance client outcomes
- Building and maintaining relationships with clients and stakeholders to facilitate effective communication and collaboration
- Providing coaching and feedback to teams to foster professional growth and service excellence
- Monitoring and analyzing financial trends to support strategic questioning and product analysis
What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 7 years of experience

The salary range for this position is: $124,000 - $280,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
