Strategy CS Data Analyst (Data Analyst / Reporting Analyst)Responsibilities
- Create and maintain weekly, monthly and quarterly client reports using BI tools and spreadsheets to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and analyze client performance.
- Create engaging and informative data visualizations to effectively communicate complex data concepts to stakeholders.
- Conduct high-level data analysis to identify trends and highlight the most important takeaways.
- Understand, structure, and extract data from popular web analytics platforms (Adobe Analytics, GA4) to track high-level performance of ecommerce marketing channels
- Clean and prepare web analytics data for analysis, including understanding nuances specific to various properties and instances, identifying outliers and inconsistencies
- Create and maintain visualizations (charts, graphs) to communicate high-level findings effectively
- Coordinate with Customer Success teams and clients to understand data nuances and needs.
Qualifications
- 2-3 years of experience in a data analysis or related role
- Experience with web analytics platforms (Adobe Analytics, GA4) is required, specifically with structuring custom reports and exporting data.
- Expertise using spreadsheets (Excel, Google Sheets) to create and manipulate data using pivot tables, complex formulas, and a wide range of functions.
- Demonstrated familiarity with business intelligence (BI) tools (especially Looker) for querying existing data sets
- Understanding of basic data concepts (e.g., data types, relationships)
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in English
Additional Skills and Experience (Preferred)
- Experience with digital marketing automation platforms.
- Experience in the retail / ecommerce industry.
- Experience using SQL, Python, R, or similar languages.
