The Strategy & Corporate Development Associate / Manager is pivotal in helping Aristocrat achieve its strategic growth objectives. Aristocrat has an excellent track record of both organic and inorganic growth and has a strong desire to maintain its current growth trajectory and continue delivering superior returns to its shareholders.
You will work within Strategy & Corporate development team to develop the corporate strategy, execute strategic planning process, and identify and execute strategic growth opportunities across all of Aristocrat’s global business operations – Land (Aristocrat Gaming), Product Madness (Social Casino), and Aristocrat Interactive (RMG) with a particular focus on the latter
Work will include evaluating cross enterprise strategic opportunities, evaluating emerging Land/ Social Casino/ RMG market opportunities and opportunities that more closely connect our three businesses, industry and competitor analysis, and trends analysis (e.g. macro, consumer, tech, commercial, regulatory) that will impact the strategic planning process.
Involved throughout the M&A deal cycle including identifying potential targets, performing due diligence on potential targets and partners, valuation, preparation of business cases, assisting in deal structuring, and developing effective post-merger integration plans.
You will have a unique opportunity to drive the future trajectory of a global gaming and technology company while engaging with senior leadership.
What We're Looking For
Ideally, you have experience in — or a strong understanding of — the Online Real Money Gaming (RMG)/ i-Gaming industry, and can bring that context into your thinking. We are currently open to level and can consider Associate or manager level candidates.
We re looking for:
BA or BS degree from a top-tier university
3 years minimum work experience
A structured thinker who can break down problems and build clear narratives
Proficient in PowerPoint and Excel (and fast in both)
Detail-oriented and thorough, with high personal quality standards
A self-starter who takes ownership and drives things forward without needing to be told twice
Comfortable navigating ambiguity and finding clarity
Experienced in or familiar with the Online RMG space will be a big plus
Have worked within or closely with Operators or online B2B content suppliers
Please note this role is offered on a hybrid work basis where you will be required to work in our central London office 2-3 days a week
