What You Will Be Doing: Key Responsibilities

• Integrate Advanced Data Capabilities: Harness our deep expertise in Data Science, Business Intelligence, and AI to deliver sophisticated, data-driven solutions to clients. This includes deploying predictive models, AI-driven customer segmentation, and real-time BI dashboards to enhance decision-making processes.
• Lead Data-Driven Transformations: Utilise your expertise in data and AI to lead clients through transformative marketing and business strategies. You will ensure that Artefact becomes the preferred partner for clients looking to revolutionise their operations with data-driven insights.
• Client Portfolio Development (Hunting):
• Develop and execute a commercial strategy to expand the client portfolio, leveraging your deep understanding of data and AI to position Artefact as a leader in digital transformation.
• Actively manage and monitor the commercial pipeline, ensuring alignment with client needs and market trends.
• Craft data-centric proposals that address specific business challenges, demonstrating the value of our BI and AI capabilities.
• Enhance Client Relationships (Farming):
• Expand the scope of consulting services with existing clients, focusing on advanced data analytics, AI-driven marketing automation, and BI solutions.
• Identify cross-departmental opportunities, such as integrating AI models from our Data Science team with Activation strategies to optimize marketing ROI.
• Ensure Project Excellence:
• Lead multidisciplinary teams, including data scientists, BI developers, strategic planners, and digital marketers, to deliver high-quality, data-driven projects.
• Take full accountability for the success of projects, ensuring they meet client objectives and leverage the full potential of our AI and BI technologies.
• Develop Our Global Knowledge Platform:
• Contribute to the development of a comprehensive knowledge base that includes best practices in AI, BI frameworks, data methodologies, and cutting-edge technologies.
• Promote the dissemination of advanced data and AI knowledge across the company, enhancing the capabilities of our teams on a global scale.
