The SAP Specialist will be responsible for implementing, optimizing, and managing SAP solutions in key modules to enable Digital Transformation and integrate automation into industrial processes.

Primary Responsibilities

• Design and implement SAP solutions in one or more of the following modules, SAP PP (Production Planning), SAP MM (Material Management), SAP QM (Quality Management), SAP PM (Plant Maintenance), and SAP WM/EWM (Warehouse Management/Extended Warehouse Management).

• Configure and customize SAP modules to meet the specific needs of the organization.

• Ensure compliance with best practices and quality standards in the implementation of SAP solutions.

Additional Responsibilities (as needed)

• Drive the integration of Industry 4.0 technologies, such as IoT, real-time data analytics, and automation, to enhance business processes.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to identify opportunities for improvement in industrial processes through SAP solutions.

• Provide technical support and training to end users, including conducting workshops and creating training materials.

• Oversee the integration of SAP with other technological platforms used in Digital Transformation.

Qualifications:

• Language: Fluent in English

• Mandatory: Bachelor’s degree completed; MBA is highly desirable​​

• Availability to travel may be required.​

• Minimum of 6 years of experience in implementing and managing SAP modules.

• Proven experience in Digital Transformation projects.

• Capable of conducting Map Process Workshops to align business processes with SAP solutions and Industry 4.0 technologies.

Key Skills:

• Desired IT experience and working knowledge of SAP modules, such as SAP PP, SAP MM, SAP QM, SAP PM, and SAP WM/EWM for inventory management.

• Proficiency in integrating Industry 4.0 technologies, including IoT, Big Data, Artificial Intelligence, and automation.

• Strong knowledge of SAP S/4HANA and its functionalities.

• Familiarity with data analytics tools and platforms for real-time decision-making.

• Experience in configuring and customizing SAP solutions to meet organizational needs.

• Understanding of cybersecurity principles applied to industrial environments (e.g., ISO 27001 or NIST Cybersecurity Framework).

Desirable Competencies

• SAP certifications (e.g., SAP S/4HANA, SAP PPDS, SAP IBP, SAP WM/EWM).

• Experience in Industry 4.0 projects, such as IoT implementation, predictive analytics, or automation.

• Familiarity with agile methodologies and project management.
