Our practice is Accenture Strategy Financial Services Switzerland and we shape the C-level agenda of leading financial service companies and fast-growing FinTechs. Operating from our global wealth management center of excellence in Zurich, we combine in-depth banking expertise with strategic excellence to solve our clients’ most pressing challenges.

The earliest possible start date for this role is beginning of 2026.

Your daily work

• Develop next generation banking business models that leverage blockchain technologies, DeFi, tokenization and digital assets
• Create digital product strategies that excite users and unlock new revenue streams
• M&A, venture building and fit-for-future restructuring to support the growth of our clients
• Develop intelligent operating models that allow companies to scale and adapt to constant market change
• Infuse creative thinking, thought leadership and agile mindsets to transform the Client culture
• Develop in-depth expertise in financial services industry and disseminate our point of view through publications and conferences
• Grow with the team and take end-to-end responsibility for global strategic projects
• Collaborate with experts ranging from research, technology, to user experience design to bring the best solutions to clients

Who you are

• Excellent master's, or diploma degree, preferably with PhD/MBA, in business administration, commerce, (industrial) engineering, or computer science
• Track record either in strategy/management consulting for financial services providers in a leading role or in business development, analytics, or big data in a financial services or insurance environment or in developing new business models
• Sales experience and well-versed with cost reduction processes and workforce transformation
• Good methodological, analytical, and conceptual skills combined with affinity for technology: blockchain, big data, analytics, artificial intelligence, web 3.0
• Agile mindset, strong communication skills in both German and English, high customer orientation and confident face to face
