The Senior Strategist leads the digital and social media vision for a diverse client portfolio. This role requires approximately 5 years of experience in Strategic Planning, a strong emphasis on cultural insights, cross-agency collaboration, and driving measurable business results.
Strategic and Business Focus
  • Define brand positioning and value proposition, translating big ideas into actionable strategies within the digital ecosystem. Aid the client with refinement of brand and product messaging, voice and look for all executions.
  • Lead the co-creation of annual communication plans with a strong emphasis on digital and social media deployment.
  • Prepare executive briefings on overall strategy, communication plans, and ROI analysis for client leadership.
  • Develop proactive recommendations regarding market trends and the Agency POV to maximize opportunities.
Insights and Digital Culture
  • Understand and interpret industry market trends, consumer insights, and shifts in digital behavior. Also, support client’s initiatives with appropriate strategic insight.
  • Decode cultural insights from desk research, social listening and digital analytics to develop target audiences and optimize strategy.
  • Monitor and report on competitor campaigns and 'best-in-class' references to ensure the brand's future-proof vision.
  • Review and interpret research findings (qualitative and quantitative) to define and validate strategic direction.
Digital Leadership and Collaboration
  • Design and integrate the digital and social media strategy, defining channel planning and storytelling guidelines for key platforms.
  • Ensure brand consistency by working closely with the client’s ecosystem of agencies (Creative, Media, Data).
  • Act as a orchestrator to ensure the digital strategy complements and enhances the initiatives of other agencies.
Essential Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years in Strategic Planning with proven experience in digital and social media deployment.
  • Skills: Expertise in cultural insights, strategic planning, and digital channels. Required good presentation skills to deliver reports, decks and compelling presentations.
  • Language: English and Spanish.
