Responsibilities:

  • Utilize internal Cencora data and tools to analyze data and identify areas of opportunity for improved business processes
  • Aid in development of recommendations for Executive IBP preparatory meeting cycle (Product Review, Demand Review, Supply Review, Consensus, Exec IBP)
  • Assist in the analysis and development of supply chain processes in support of predictive analytics.
  • You will work cross-functionally with Operations, Commercial, Finance, ED&A, and other functions as required.
  • Work on projects and manage time and effort without need for constant supervision
  • Actively participate in internship program training activities, developmental opportunities, and events
  • Demonstrate willingness to learn and take risks; step out of comfort zone and take on new assignments
  • Gain understanding of all business areas to develop business acumen
  • Foster an inclusive, diverse, safe, and secure culture


Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelors degree in: Business Analytics, Quantitative Methods, Data Science, Supply Chain Management, or related field or equivalent professional qualification/workplace skills.
  • Must not require sponsorship to work in the US now or in the future


Skills and Knowledge:

  • Highly motivated self-starter
  • Passion for operations, supply chain, and data analysis.
  • Proven people/project leadership throughout your academic career (on- or off- campus)
  • Strong analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving skills to evaluate business problems and apply knowledge to identify appropriate solutions
  • Ability to work in an unstructured environment with the ability to make tradeoff decisions quickly
  • Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing; ability to communicate (and work) effectively with people from different technical and business backgrounds
  • Good project management skills
  • Strong interpersonal, teamwork, and leadership skills
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills to evaluate business problems and apply knowledge to identify appropriate solutions
  • Must be eager to learn, self-motivated, flexible, accountable and can effectively handle multiple tasks at one time
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Knowledge of computers to operative effectively with PowerPoint presentations, Excel spreadsheets, and Microsoft Outlook
