The Role

Summary of Job:

Responsible for driving strategic initiatives and enhancing operational efficiency across the organization.  Will play a critical part in advancing the company’s mission by leading and supporting projects in strategy, partnerships, M&A and corporate development, sales enablement, financial planning and analysis and business operations. This position will be based out of our headquarters in Austin, TX and work a hybrid schedule of at least two days in office each week.

Description of Job Duties:

Strategy Development

  • Support the creation of corporate, business, and product strategies.
  • Define, scope, plan, execute, and report on strategic initiatives.
  • Contribute to corporate development, partnerships, and strategic planning activities.
  • Conduct research on markets, competitors, products, and the stakeholder ecosystem to extract actionable insights.

Strategic Finance

  • Analyze qualitative and quantitative data to inform decision-making.
  • Support budgeting and forecasting processes with adaptable, robust models.
  • Identify growth and value creation opportunities in markets, business lines, products, and processes.
  • Translate complex data into actionable recommendations.

Project Management

  • Lead and execute high-impact projects, ensuring timely delivery and stakeholder satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to facilitate effective communication and decision-making. 

Partnerships

  • Identify and evaluate opportunities for external partnerships aligned with strategic objectives.
  • Support negotiations and contract development, including key terms.
  • Conduct regular reviews with partners to assess alignment and explore strategic opportunities.

Special Projects

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to the executive team.
  • Lead and support ad hoc projects as needed.
  • Act as an extension of the executive team to foster cross-functional collaboration and support growth and operational excellence.
  • Other duties as assigned 

Required Education, Knowledge and Special Skills:

  • 2–5+ years of experience in management consulting, strategy and operations, corporate development, or similar roles, preferably in technology, SaaS, or healthcare industries.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.
  • Extensive experience building models in Excel and creating presentations in PowerPoint.
  • Experience leveraging AI-driven systems and tools to enhance productivity, streamline workflows, and drive data-driven decision-making.
  • Proficiency with productivity tools in the Microsoft or Google ecosystems.
  • Proven time management and prioritization skills.
  • Experience in conflict resolution, negotiation, and influencing stakeholders.
  • Comfort making decisions under pressure or against deadlines.
  • Clear and effective communication skills across all mediums – written, verbal, presentation – and audiences – peers, technical employees, company leadership, partners, and customers
  • Apply a structured, data-driven, and analytical approach to solving problems and making decisions.
  • Consistently deliver results aligned with the company’s mission, objectives, and stakeholder expectations.
  • Demonstrate a passion for proficiency in Lumistry’s domains, including its products, technology, operations, and customers.
  • Instinctively and proactively identify, evaluate, and address challenges or roadblocks to ensure smooth project delivery.
  • Collaborate effectively with the executive team to uncover growth and optimization opportunities.
  • Thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and agile environment.
  • Communicate insights and recommendations seamlessly through written, verbal, and visual formats.
  • Confidently work across multiple initiatives in multiple areas of the business at any given time

Preferred Knowledge and Experience:

  • Prior experience in the Pharmacy Industry

Other Information About This Job:

  • This job will be based in our HQ in Austin, TX working at least 2 days a week in office.
