Job Description

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Includes the following:

• Assists in developing the strategic plan for building CNE's brand and enhancing customer loyalty tied to its business entities.
• Partners with casino properties and corporate marketing on desired reporting and metrics for CNE trends and analysis of programs
• Compiles data from operating systems for marketing research and reporting.
• Assists with guest facing solutions that monitor data like voice of the guest, social media platforms, website, etc.
• Assists with internal systems that monitor data like casino systems, hotel systems, etc.
• Researches and stays current on leading analytics strategies, reporting software capabilities and new measurement tactics.
• Identifies trends and opportunities through data analysis and provides support in developing strategic solutions.
• Performs other job-related duties as assigned.

SUPERVISORY/MANAGEMENT AUTHORITY

Manages multiple projects without having direct supervisory responsibilities.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

Bachelor's degree in business, Information Systems, Statistics, Data Analysis or related field and 5 years' experience developing and managing complex integrated marketing and communications programs or an equivalent combination of formal education and experience.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES

• Advanced knowledge in using applications to aggregate and analyze large data sets.
• Working knowledge of reporting software.
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office Suite.
• Self-starter, with excellent attention to detail.

WORK ENVIRONMENT

Work may be performed in a variety of settings, including climate-controlled office settings and casino floors which includes exposure to second-hand smoke and crowd noise. Work will require varied shifts including, weekends and holidays, as needed. Work may require travel, including overnight stays. Work requires lifting objects up to 50 lbs.
