Job DescriptionThe Strategy Analyst will support the development and execution of initiatives to grow and engage our user base. Working closely with the Head of Strategy, this role will help identify opportunities, analyze performance, and translate insights into actionable plans that drive company growth. It’s an entry-level position ideal for someone with strong analytical skills, curiosity, and a desire to learn how strategy, product, and marketing come together to scale a mission-driven business.
Full-time regular employment, on site 4 days NYC.
Responsibilities
Analyze and synthesize data, information and knowledge from external sources into compelling insights-driven, fact-based reports
Partner with senior leaders in developing plans to address business and partnership opportunities
Document, review, and conduct independent research regarding existing and potential business relationships
Contribute to and/or lead the preparation of presentation materials for schools, sponsors and partners
Build and manage relationships with external partners and stakeholders
Contribute and participate in a wide range of company initiatives, ability to “wear many hats”

Requirements
Excellent research, analytical, communication, and presentation skills
Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to deliver under deadline pressures
Self-starter with the ability to work independently, as well as collaboratively with others
Goal-oriented, project-oriented, and results-oriented
Resourceful, curious, eager to learn, and extremely organized
Desire to be part of an intellectually rich and action-oriented work environment
Excellent computer skills (PowerPoint, Excel)
