What Are We Looking For?
We’re looking for Fresh graduate who love solving complex problems, are naturally curious and thrive on intellectual challenges. We’re more interested in identifying leadership potential than the degree you study, so you can join Accenture Strategy no matter what your academic discipline, but you’ll need to have or be expecting:
Quick Learner and great project management skills.
Ability to lead with multiple stakeholders from a variety of backgrounds.
Analytical and organizational skills.
Strong communication skills to help clients understand impacts and benefits of technology, move the client organization to the desired change state and communicate transformation journeys.
Strong numerical and analytical skills, capable of applying quantitative methods and approaches to solving business issues.
Strong communication skills; able to communicate and lead project delivery both orally and written.
Education:
The following qualification(s) are required / preferable and beneficial for the candidate to perform the role:
Must be a Fresh graduated and Saudi-National
Bachelor’s in industrial engineering and all engineering majors.
