We are looking for a Strategist / Client Lead to join our Strategy Team and work with leading brands across Europe to realise the full potential of their Adobe Experience Cloud investments.

As a European consultancy, we partner with ambitious organisations to unlock value from their MarTech investments by combining strategy, data, and technology into coherent, outcome-driven approaches.

Your role is to turn client ambition into clear direction and well-structured narratives that guide action. You will support clients in translating customer data and marketing ambitions into concrete outcomes such as more relevant experiences, stronger customer journeys, and measurable business impact.

You will act as a strategic partner, providing clarity and perspective while ensuring that initiatives move steadily from ideas to tangible results.

You will collaborate closely with data, media, and technology experts across Accrease, and work within a broader European context where scalability, consistency, and best practices are key.

Your Responsibilities

  • Act as a trusted partner for your clients, setting direction and ensuring alignment across stakeholders and markets

  • Identify and shape commercial opportunities that create value for clients while supporting sustainable growth across accounts

  • Translate ambition into clear, actionable roadmaps supported by structured and thoughtful narratives

  • Facilitate discussions that create alignment and momentum, from workshops to quarterly reviews

  • Develop and present well-crafted PowerPoint materials that bring clarity to complex topics and support decision-making

  • Work closely with specialists to ensure strategy is translated into meaningful progress and outcomes

  • Take ownership of your portfolio by maintaining direction, removing blockers and ensuring consistent value delivery

  • Contribute to developing scalable approaches and ways of working that can be applied across clients and markets

  • Balance autonomy with accountability, delivering long-term value and strong client partnerships

Your Profile

  • 3–6 years of experience in digital strategy, CRM, marketing technology consulting, or a similar client-facing role

  • Hands-on or strategic experience with Adobe Experience Cloud solutions, ideally AJO, CJA, Target, or RTCDP

  • A natural commercial mindset and comfortable identifying opportunities, shaping them into clear proposals and driving them forward with clients

  • Strong understanding of data-driven marketing, personalization, and customer journey activation, and how they translate into business value

  • Proven ability to own client relationships, build trust, and act as an advisor who creates clarity and momentum

  • Enjoys working independently with a high degree of responsibility while collaborating closely with specialists when needed

  • Excellent communication skills in English and one Nordic language, Danish, Swedish, or Norwegian

  • A proactive, curious, and structured approach that balances day-to-day delivery with long-term client development

  • Experience from a consultancy, agency, or digital transformation environment is an advantage

Locations: Copenhagen, Stockholm, or Oslo.

Skills Required
