What We Need
NetBrain is seeking a Strategic Technology Alliances Manager to expand and activate our ecosystem of technology and consulting partners. This role focuses on identifying and evangelizing joint value between NetBrain and adjacent platforms—helping customers and partners understand how integrated solutions can deliver greater operational impact.
This is a customer-facing, individual contributor role that bridges product innovation and go-to-market execution. You will not be responsible for building integrations, but for ensuring the value of those integrations is clearly articulated, adopted, and scaled across the ecosystem.
The Impact You'll Make
NetBrain sits within a dense ecosystem of technologies used by the world’s largest enterprises. This role is critical in ensuring we don’t just integrate into that ecosystem—but actively shape and amplify the value created across it. Success is measured by the activation and adoption of joint solutions, not just the existence of partnerships.
What You'll Do
- Identify and develop strategic alliances with software and hardware technology partners (e.g., ServiceNow, Dynatrace, ThousandEyes)
- Drive the go-to-market activation of joint solutions, ensuring successful launch, positioning, and customer adoption
- Partner with Product and R&D to stay aligned on integration priorities and translate them into compelling external narratives
- Track and report on alliance success metrics including partner agreements, joint launches, and customer adoption
- Collaborate with Marketing to support joint campaigns, webinars, and partner-facing content
- Engage directly with customers and partners to position the future-state value of integrated solutions
- Proactively identify new ecosystem opportunities and bring them forward for evaluation and activation
What You Bring
- Experience working with or within enterprise technology ecosystems (networking, observability, ITSM, or adjacent domains)
- Strong ability to understand technical concepts and translate them into business value
- Background in a network vendor, SaaS company, or consulting/partner organization
- Proven ability to influence without authority and drive cross-functional alignment
- Highly proactive, self-directed, and results-oriented mindset
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with both technical and business audiences
- Willingness to travel within your territory as required.
- Manual Dexterity: Repetitive motion of wrists, hands and fingers for using a computer.
- Stationary Tasks: Sitting for extended periods, remaining in a stationary position.

What We Do
Founded in 2004, NetBrain Automation is the most widely adopted no-code network automation and visibility platform, providing network operators and engineers with the ability to transform their core workflows associated with hybrid network management. Through the use of desired Intents, any multi-vendor and multi-cloud infrastructure can now be managed from the top-down based upon establishing and maintaining those intents (rather than managing by device configuration alone). By discovering every aspect of any hybrid network, all the way from the edge to the cloud, and transforming this into a robust digital twin which understands the intention of each component, engineers and operators can maintain the integrity of the network by simply managing their intended results. Today, more than 2,500 of the world’s largest enterprises and managed services providers use NetBrain to simplify their management tasks, reduce MTTRs, ensure compliance and provide a top-down understanding of how the network is supporting their business requirements directly. NetBrain is headquartered in Burlington, Massachusetts, with employees located across the United States and Canada, Germany, the United Kingdom, India, and China
