Lochner, an Egis company is currently seeking an experienced Strategic Talent Acquisition Business Partner to support our significant growth in the USA. This position reports to the Vice President of Talent, Americas.
Your Impact:
- Deliver strategic talent advisory expertise across the assigned portfolios to guide and support hiring managers with all aspects of the hiring process including strategies, recruitment cycle timing, coaching, trends, and candidate selection
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for all position levels ensuring an efficient and high-quality candidate experience with posting jobs, sourcing, screening, coordinating, and conducting interviews, executing offer letters
- Develop and implement proactive sourcing strategies to identify, engage, and recruit top talent in a competitive market, particularly in civil engineering and construction-related industries
- Assist with advancement of talent acquisition systems and process, and cultural change required for implementation
- Collaborate with marketing to leverage social media and web-based recruiting platforms to attract qualified candidates
- Track, analyze, and report on key recruitment metrics, offering insights to drive continuous improvement and informed decision-making
- Stay up to date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to enhance recruitment strategies and processes
Who are you:
- 8+ years of full-cycle recruiting for technical roles of levels including entry, experienced, senior, strategic, and specialized
- Experience in the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) industry, or similar industry is a strong asset
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe, LinkedIn Recruiter, and Applicant Tracking Systems
- Previous experience in a highly matrixed, collaborative environment within a Shared Services model is a plus
- A customer-first, entrepreneurial mindset with the agility to adapt as priorities evolve.
- Ability to establish credibility and trust with multiple stakeholders
- Impeccable integrity, confidentiality, professionalism, and ethical standards
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a demonstrated ability to craft high-quality candidate communications
- Knowledge of state and federal labor laws, including familiarity with OFCCP guidelines
- Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent relevant experience

Work Environment
