  • Secure product-level material availability across relevant MDUs and sites, with clear reporting on logistics risks, critical path status, and BoM status from the SS&P perspective.

  • Ensure timely availability of SS&P PGP logistics deliverables and make sure relevant module PGP information is available for decision-making.

  • Drive proactive logistics risk identification and mitigation at product level, reporting status and actions on individual KPIs from definition through ready-for-volume.

People and collaboration
  • Collaborate across product-related MDUs with logistics partners such as P&D and CSCM to drive completeness and gap resolution of the product critical path.

  • Influence product, MDU, operational logistics, and supplier stakeholders to align priorities, resolve constraints, and secure execution of logistics actions.

Accountabilities
  • Support the definition of the Product Cycle Time and Move Rate roadmap, including CT reduction and MR increase initiatives in product teams, and contribute to end-to-end ideation and realization.

  • Maintain a transparent product critical path to proactively identify, prioritize, and resolve material escalations at product level.

  • Contribute to performance and efficiency improvements in the SS&P product organization.

  • Translate demand, design, and integration plan changes into logistics impact, risks, and required actions.

Mandate
  • Support management of site-level product logistics NRE budget requests, approvals, and spend within the agreed LTFP/TAP budget, including alignment with P&D and CS sectors.

  • Contribute to PGP and supply chain readiness decision-making on logistics.

  • Drive BoM actions toward SS&P Delivery Leaders and D&E to secure PGP readiness on BoM completeness and correctness.

  • Sign off product integration plan changes from a logistics and SS&P product readiness perspective.

Education and experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, supply chain management, logistics, operations, or a related field required. Master’s degree or MBA preferred.

  • Professional background and 5+ years of experience in supply chain, logistics, sourcing, or project management in a high-tech environment.

  • Relevant experience in NPI processes, supplier management, logistics implementation, material availability, and SS&P ways of working.

  • Expert knowledge of SS&P and PLM processes, PGP deliverables, and manufacturing or supplier readiness on logistics elements.

  • Experience operating across product stakeholders and supporting delivery of modules or product-level logistics deliverables.

Skills
