As part of the Safety Org, the Strategic Response Team (SRT) delivers the highest tier of customer support and Terms of Service enforcement at X. SRT manages the most challenging escalations and crises faced by the company with a globally distributed team maintaining 24/7/365, follow-the-sun coverage.
Role: Strategic Response Team: Program Manager I
Location: Bastrop, TX OR San Jose, CA OR New York, NY
Base Salary Range: $90,000 - $115,000 USD

What You Will Do
As an SRT Program Manager, you will support policy and protocol launches, knowledge management, training, quality assurance, and process improvements through data analysis. You will work closely with SRT leadership and cross-functional partners for strategic and operational efforts to develop, implement, and upkeep the support provided to priority X clients/users.

You will support multi-disciplinary projects and lead moderate complexity projects for SRT, identifying future opportunities and improving processes.

You will plan requirements with internal customers and usher projects through the entire project lifecycle. This includes managing project schedules and clearly communicating them to project stakeholders.

You will use cross-functional knowledge to understand issues, trends, and perspectives that may influence internal partners and practices.

You will work cross-functionally for strategic and operational efforts that impact the organization, contributing to SRT’s vision.

You will ensure effective communication, alignment, and execution of the organization’s strategy and roadmap.
Qualifications

3-4 years of work experience in Project Management, preferably in tech/ strategy/product operations, building relationships and supporting operational initiatives.

Experience managing projects with moderate enterprise initiatives, maintaining effective relationships and collaborating with various cross-functional partners.

Ability to dig deeper to understand underlying issues and translate data into actionable insights to drive improvement across the business.

Experience working with large datasets and SQL to build dashboards and reports, and complete analyses to drive operational improvements.

Ability to put out fires and support the development of risk mitigation strategies.

Ability to work well under pressure and be comfortable working in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.

Strong research, analytical, investigative and communications skills.

Resourceful and considers cost-benefit tradeoff in all decisions.
