What you will do

Job Description

This role leads regional performance management and supply chain excellence initiatives, leveraging analytics, governance, and cross-functional collaboration to improve operational and business outcomes across APAC.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage Integrated Performance Management in partnership with the Global IPM team and regional cross functional team to drive the improvement across all
  • Operational Metrics Lead OTIF-D PA performance management through end-to-end analytics, including loss tree diagnostics and root-cause assessment to identify key drivers of performance gaps.
  • Develop and align action plans with regional cross-functional teams to address identified gaps, strengthen accountability, and support sustained operational improvement.
  • Build forward-looking projections and performance insights to proactively flag risks, anticipate potential misses, and enable timely mitigation actions.
  • Regional SLOB (Slow Moving and Obsolete) management initiatives, including performance monitoring, driver analysis, scientific target setting, predictive reporting, and proactive governance actions including working on Digital capability development & adoption
  • Serves as the Planisware Super for user for the APAC region, providing expertise, supporting regional users, leading implementation of system
  • changes/enhancements, and representing the region in global PPM meetings.
  • Close collaboration with market operations, Supply Planning, site operations, Supply Chain Finance, and various functional teams across local, regional, and global operations, including commercial teams, and will play an essential part to shape the business agenda on both profitability and growth.

What We Are Looking For

Required qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Operations Management, Engineering, Finance, Analytics, or a related field.
  • MBA or Master's degree in Supply Chain, Business Analytics, Operations, or Finance preferred.
  • 8-10 years of relevant experience in Supply Chain, Operations, Performance Management, Business Analytics, Demand/Supply Planning, or Continuous Improvement roles.
  • Experience within FMCG, Consumer Health, Consumer Goods, Pharmaceutical, or Medical Device industries preferred.
  • Proven track record leading cross-functional initiatives, driving operational improvements, and influencing stakeholders across regional and global organizations.
  • Experience with performance metrics, inventory optimization, financial analysis, and data-driven decision-making
  • Advanced Excel skills required; experience with Power BI, Tableau, Planisware, Alteryx, SQL, VBA/macros, or similar analytics tools is highly desirable
