- 4+ years of experience in the Analytics and Product domains, including roles such as Product Manager, Product Analyst, Data Analyst, or Data Scientist
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as presentation skills
- B.Sc or equivalent studies with extensive hands-on projects
- A Master's degree - An advantage
- Strong technical proficiency in SQL and BI tools, with experience working in a modern data stack including Databricks, dbt, and Git; ability to build scalable data models and deliver clear, actionable insights
