Strategic Pricing Leader (F/M)

Your Mission :
As a key contributor to the Group Pricing Transformation, the Strategic Pricing Expert leads the deployment of Value-Based Pricing within Business Lines, equipping commercial teams with data-driven decision frameworks, pricing governance, and capability building programs that drive sustainable value capture. This role operates globally and acts as a catalyst between Group pricing strategy, Business Line leadership, and regional execution.
Key Responsibilities :
Value-Based Pricing Strategy & Execution
· Translate VBP principles into actionable pricing models and decision rules across Business Lines
· Define value drivers and customer benefit structures, enabling differentiated market positioning
· Conduct pricing research including WTP, price sensitivity, and competitive benchmarking
· Support pricing corridor design to steer margin optimization and reduce price dispersion internationally
· Align pricing logic with value-selling narratives for commercial teams
Portfolio Pricing Architecture
· Develop product line pricing ramps ensuring logical premium structure and internal portfolio coherence
· Contribute to global price corridor framework through methodology, analytics, and governance
Transformation & Capability Building
· Support Business Lines in designing pricing transformation plans and maturity improvements
· Contribute to pricing training and onboarding in partnership with Group and regional competency leaders
· Facilitate knowledge sharing and cross-Business Line collaboration on pricing methodologies
Cross-Functional Leadership
· Act as a trusted advisor to Business Line Directors, Regional Pricing teams, and Sales enablement
· Build alignment through influence, structured communication, and fact-based recommendations
Profile & Requirements
· Master’s degree in economics, marketing, engineering, finance or related field
· 5+ years in strategic pricing within an international industrial environment (B2B or B2B2C)
· Minimum 2+ years of experience in Sales, Marketing, or Product Management, with a strong understanding of commercial dynamics and customer value creation
· Experience with pricing software implementation and/or hands-on use of pricing tools (e.g., Pricfx, Vendavo, PROS, Vistex, or equivalent) to support pricing analytics, governance, and strategy execution
· Proven ability to drive transformation in matrix organizations
· Excellent communication skills with ability to engage both commercial and leadership stakeholders ; fluent english
· Global mobility and willingness to operate across regions and cultures

Package 90 to 110k€ + bonus, depending on profile and experience
