is to play a crucial role in ensuring Zearn Math achieves adoption at scale with schools and districts across the country. This is achieved by:

by developing and executing on a new approach to district outreach

  • Lead the development of a new approach to district outreach, from the initial strategic planning all the way through to implementation and execution
  • Create and maintain a database of strategic states and target districts including quantitative and qualitative lens 
  • Develop a plan for outreach to strategic states and districts, including lead scoring, lead qualification, and automated campaigns across internal CRM tools

of Zearn Math with large strategic partners

  • Lead preparation for high priority meetings and presentations by thinking through critical topics, compiling relevant data, researching key talking points, synthesizing information, and creating compelling presentation materials
  • Support Partnership Team’s participation in top education events and conferences by analyzing event attendees, generating critical data to support one-on-one conversations, and summarizing high potential relationship building opportunities

to drive innovation and scaled adoption of Zearn

  • Analyze key sales and lead generation metrics, as well as external best practices, and continuously iterate based on learnings
  • Work cross-functionally on go-to-market strategy and execution for launches of new product features and new territories 
  • Research and synthesize competitive information for Partnerships team to use in conversations with districts
  • Work with Data/Research Team to synthesize implementation data for high-importance state or district partners, for both external and internal use
  • Support Partnerships team with additional data or Salesforce projects for strategic growth

  • Which districts should we focus our outreach efforts on based on opportunity for impact?
  • How do we optimize our district outreach to be efficient and effective? 
  • What are the best practices in lead generation that we can learn from and implement? What metrics should we look at to know if our efforts are working? What small and large experiments can we conduct to improve those metrics?

  • 3+ years of professional experience including 2+ years of experience in a strategic and analytical role (e.g., at a top-tier management consulting firm or in a fast-paced technology company)
  • Highly proficient with data analytics in Google Sheets and/or Excel
  • Demonstrated ability to project manage longer-term cross-functional projects and initiatives in a high-growth environment
  • Humility, a team-oriented mindset, and a willingness to roll up your sleeves and dig into the tactical alongside the strategic
  • Bachelor’s Degree in a related field required

  • Reports to: Director of Business Operations

This role is remote, however you may be required to travel for business and team building meetings.

The compensation range for this role is $85,000 - $105,000 per year.
